    I too was in this store yesterday and had the same experience as user Catherine O'Shea. They guy was not willing to help and lacked customer service skills. Even after I left I called and he was giving me the same run around. I assumed the phone was disconnected from being on hold for so long but after calling again I was hung up on twice. I went to a different Sprint store and finally got the help I needed. So unfortunate.

    Sprint customer service was giving me a hard time to get a new phone and Christian and the manager they both went out of their way to make sure I got the phone. I love this store and will be back when I get a upgrade next year thanks to the employees at this store.
