  Went here this week for my sister's birthday. Told the manager what the occasion was and pointed her out. Now, either he forgot or assumed I was just telling him to tell him. Although if you work at a restaurant and a guest says it's someone's birthday I'd imagine that implies that they'd like a birthday bit for that guest. It was also a very slow night so it's not like they were being swamped by customers.
  
  Food was alright, in my experience. But the last time I was here (a year ago) we asked if they served milkshakes and they said yes. So we asked if we could get a chocolate Oreo shake. What we got instead was a ice slushie with chocolate syrup and a single Oreo jammed on top. I'll include a photo if I can find it. They also gave us pretty awful service then.
  
  I think, if anything, a lot of it has to do with the manager. It seems like every problem we've had here (not including the aforementioned events) always include him. The servers try their best from what I can tell and work hard.
