  Our experience at this store was in one sense really good but at the other sense it was really bad. At first we were shopping nicely at their children's section and there were two staff members that were absolutely nice and helpful but the more upper members in managerial position were absolutely rude and disingenuous to the point where the lower staff were being pressure from there uppers to the point where they weren't able to serve customers effectively. One of the staffers told me that they're short staffed and that two of the managers did not show up to work that morning and that its a bit of a mess because of that. It doesn't resemble well for a brand that they couldn't get their act together and for employees to be showing a impatient persona. What topped it off was when through all this we already placed a $400 order we left shop and we quickly realized that we had left our sons jacket, so we came back and they had just closed shop for the day and I asked the staff to please allow me to go in to look for it so I could quickly recognize it they were not allowing us to go back in again afraid of a impatient directory just they will look for it and when they didn't find it quickly the staffer took my number promising me to call me when they find it later that night or in the morning which I'm still waiting for the call. I begged to please allow me to go in for a minute so I could quickly recognize it and save myself a expensive jacket but to deaf ears. It seemed to us that managing there is really rude and impatient as a result the employees under are really being pressured to a point were they are tied and are not really encouraged to please a customer. Not a good experience!
